We offer professional development trainings for our employees, domestic and international business partners, and store personnel with Brisa Academy, which was established to ensure the continuity of service quality.

In addition to face-to-face trainings, we contribute to the personal development of our employees and dealers with our "e-training" system, which we have been using since 2007.

Brisa Academy opens its experience, which has accumulated over the years, to the business world, while also it implements projects that contribute to society. With projects like training of qualified technical personnel needed by our country and our industry within the scope of School - Industry cooperation, training support for students and teachers in laboratories established in Vocational High Schools, providing indirect support to convicts of minor crimes in open prisons by helping them both to learn a profession and integrate them into society, conscious tyre use and safe driving seminars, and free of charge education opportunities for university students and entrepreneurs, Brisa Academy continues to contribute to society.

Moreover, Brisa Academy also follows an inclusive approach with innovative projects aimed at empowering women in the tyre industry, with the Heroes of Service and Heroes of Customers projects.

The building where the Brisa Academy and Brisa Museum are located in our Izmit facilities sheds light on the building designs of the future as it is equipped with systems allowing it to generate 20% - 25% of the electricity it will consume, make it possible to filter rainwater and use it for car washing, use 100% purified water for garden irrigation and provide energy savings with thermal insulation.

Our building has a GOLD certificate by LEED, one of the most prestigious organizations worldwide that certifies environmentally friendly and sustainable buildings.
