Brisa offers a standardized structure to sales points across Turkey, which are not gathered under an organizational identity, under the Lastiğim branding umbrella. Brisa aims for a long-term partnership with these sales points in addition to bringing them an organizational identity. Within this context, Brisa offers independent tyre sales points who are restructured as Lastiğim sales points the advantage to develop their businesses by attending to product, sales, and service trainings, to increase their service qualities by providing road assistance services to their customers, and the chance to offer campaign opportunities of various brands to their customers.

We continue to expand the coverage of our Bandag service points where we offer tyre retreading services. 

Otopratik and Propratik Service Points
Our customers can buy the tyres they need at our Otopratik fast fit maintenance service points, which serve passenger and light commercial vehicles, and at our Propratik fast fit maintenance service points, which serves commercial vehicles. 

Tyre Hotel
These are warehouse areas certified by Brisa, which are located in our service points offering suitable conditions designed to store summer and winter tyres when they are not used while offering them insurance during their times spent in the tyre hotel.

At www.lastik.com.tr, which is designed to make vehicle drivers’ lives easier, Bridgestone and Lassa branded passenger, 4x4, and commercial vehicle tyres can be selected and paid for online. The web site offers the easiest searching and buying options depending on the features required by customers while also providing guidance for customers to help them the tyres they need. 

Customers can organize the mounting services of the tyres they have bought indicating the suitable time and location for them through contracted service points across Turkey and therefor have access to faster service. Customers receive free of charge mounting services at sales points where the tyres are directed.  

Lastik.com.tr expanded the range of its on-site mounting services as of 2020 so that customers can be offered our services at their doorsteps.
