Academic Case Studies

We transform the best practices, successful projects and studies implemented by our employees into case studies at the academy level with the contributions of our employees. Thus, by archiving our good practices, we give the culture of learning from each other systematic and sustainable structure.

With this project, which we call BRİKİM, we bring universities and academicians together with our employees and encourage them to personally take part in the case writing processes. Thus, our employees gain knowledge and experience while developing competence in a different field. At the same time, we contribute to Turkey's knowledge accumulation with our case studies, which are open to university students, academia and the business world.
