VolunteeringThanks to the entities found in our corporate structure such as Aksaray Factory Volunteer Cultural Ambassadors and Brisalı Sabancı Volunteers, Brisa employees can take part in corporate social responsibility projects on a voluntary basis. Thus, while creating a social benefit as conscious people, they can also contribute to their own personal development. They can develop themselves in different areas, from leadership to organization, from creativity to budget planning, by creating projects and taking part in their execution, and strengthen their bond with their colleagues through teamwork.
They can also take part as mentors on a voluntary basis in the Vocational High School Coaching Program created for Vocational High School students and the Talent Pool Programs created by Sabancı Holding for university talents. This way, while transferring their experiences and knowledge to young people, they also learn by teaching themselves.
