We bring together the brightest talents in Turkey through our BRIGHT Program.

We invite young talents to join Brisa’s journey of mobility transformation and offer an internship experience that’s dynamic, impactful, and full of growth opportunities.

Within this program, you can take part in industry-shaping projects and become part of Brisa’s innovation-driven vision. As you enhance your technical skills, you’ll also strengthen key competencies like leadership, problem-solving, and creativity — all in one unique experience designed just for you.

Short-Term University Internships

We offer short-term summer internships for students who are studying in relevant university departments and are required to complete a mandatory internship.
In this program, you’ll experience Brisa’s dynamic work environment up close and gain your very first professional experience while working alongside teams that guide and support you.
