Interconnected, autonomous, shared and electric vehicle mega trends are reshaping the future of mobility. In addition to these trends, mobility is gaining a new look all around the world with technologies such as internet of things, artificial intelligence, and robotics. Moreover, with new technologies coming into effect, customer experience and smart production fields are being swiftly transformed. We are following a strategy focusing on innovation and technology as the leading tyre organization of our Turkey in order to help our country be a strong actor along this journey. Today, with an open innovation approach, we create suitable environments for realizing innovations in every field from supply to production, from sales to after-sales services, with both internal and external start-up collaborations.

Our start-up collaborations naturally offer new entrepreneurs opportunities as well as enabling us with new perspectives and capabilities. Thus, we are also contributing to the development of the Turkish entrepreneurship ecosystem. We are introducing 150 new entrepreneurs to our business units on a yearly basis. Through our Pioneers of the Journey (“Yolculuğun Öncüleri’’) open innovation program, we invite entrepreneurs to develop business ideas, prototypes, and initiatives to steer the future of the journey while we offer them our innovation experience and strong resources. In that manner, we encourage entrepreneurs to generate digital solutions and innovations within the context of mega trends such as Industry 4.0, connectivity, autonomous driving, sharing economy, digitalizing customer experience and electrification.

We are furthering our internal entrepreneurship efforts with the Rocket program. Doing so, we are aiming to create added value in order to prepare our company for the future by developing innovative processes, business models and services.

Here At Brisa, we have 3 focus areas in entrepreneurship; mobility, smart production technologies and innovative solutions that will create value in customer experience. With the start of our collaboration, we support entrepreneurs with our expert teams in data science, engineering, business development and customer experience. While doing these, we act together with our business partners who are specialized in their fields such as Viveka, Keiretsu Forum, Kocaeli University Technopark, TUSIAD S2 Digital Transformation in Industry.
