FUTURE OF WORK #FORYOU

We have taken a comprehensive and multidimensional transformation decision in order to lead the change in Brisa business life and to prepare our employees for the future. In this direction, we implemented the “Adaptation to the Future of Work” plan, which we developed with the partnership of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Turkey. Our goal with “The Future of Work” is to design the ways of conducting business, working environments and the future of the workforce with a holistic and people-oriented perspective.

As part of our Future of Work plan we identified 9 dimensions and set targets for them for the year 2023: Remote Working, High Performance-Oriented Workforce, Agile Working, Physical and Mental Health, Talent and Skills Management, Purpose-Oriented Organization and Culture, Flexible Working, Digital Data, Leadership of the Future.

We involve our employees in the process by saying “The Future of Work is for You”. We are implementing our Future of Work plan with project teams consisting of approximately 90 Brisa employees. With these practices, we aim to be one of the best national and international companies in our industry and in similar industries by 2023. 

Brisa is being transformed into a digital co-working center where smart technologies are used effectively. We are planning employee support programs that cover all employees, and programs that are enriched with physical, mental and additional health support packages.
