Our Material Issues

We are annually reviewing our sustainability priorities, which were first identified in respect to the project carried out in 2012, with workshops and communication activities. During the reporting periods, we review our prioritized issues within the topics-universe created in line with global megatrends, industrial priorities, our sustainability priorities, and feedback we have received from our stakeholders with employees from different
departments.  

We present our topic universe and materiality matrix to our top management team and placed their views on a Kano Model. We finalize our  materiality matrix following our studies.
